Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return. If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. Order cancellations are only valid within 1 hour of placing your order.
Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of worn or washed items.
Process:
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and a short explanation of why you would like to return the item. You will then receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
💡 Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees.
Refunds
Inspection & Approval:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, since processing times may vary.

Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty item, contact us and we will help you with the exchange process.
